Gatlinburg Marriage Licenses
You can purchase your Tennessee marriage license for $45 at the
County Clerk's Marriage License Centers. Applicants are not required
to be residents of Sevier County or the state of Tennessee to get
married. There is no waiting period or blood test required.
Requirements:
Both parties must be in attendance.
A valid driver's license, a valid passport
or certified birth certificate is required as proof of age.
You may bring a valid Tennessee marriage license from anywhere
in the state of Tennessee, however licenses are valid for only 30 days
after issue.
If you've been married before, you will need the month and year
of your divorce, or the date of your spouse's death.
If applicants are under the age of 18, parents or legal guardians
must sign the marriage certificate.
Payment must be made in cash in the exact amount.
